Can Versatum show you what the options tape is actually doing?
Two new surfaces read OPRA order flow end to end. The Live Options Tape classifies individual prints — aggressor side, sweeps, blocks, opening risk. Unusual Options Activity ranks the session's outsized bets and then confirms each one against real prints. Both show their work: a row on these boards carries the evidence behind it, not just a verdict.
Every print, classified.
Who crossed the spread, whether the order swept multiple venues, and whether it opened new risk — resolved print by print on a five-second poll that you start, for one symbol and one expiration at a time.
33 OPRA trade conditions drive the classifier. The aggressor rule pairs each print against the book and then falls back to the tick rule, and the quote age behind every call is shown rather than hidden — so a low-confidence label reads as one. Legs of the same order inside a 500 ms window group into a single sweep, and multi-leg spread prints are excluded from the directional read instead of quietly inflating it. Urgency and direction stay separate measurements, because put buying is buy-side and bearish at the same time.
Outsized bets, with the receipts.
A ranked board of the session's unusual options activity — scored, confirmed against real prints, and captioned with the exact scope it was drawn from.
The scan is 24 underlyings by default and 48 at most — a curated liquid list intersected with your watchlist, never the whole market. Banded chain slices are swept every three minutes, and the top candidates are then confirmed against the trailing 15 minutes of prints every thirty seconds, reusing the tape's classifier unchanged. Each confirm cycle re-reads its window from scratch — no cursor, so nothing can be double-counted and a late report self-corrects. Filter by direction, sweeps, blocks, or opening flow, hand the board to Copilot, or export all 38 columns to CSV.
Three states, not two
A print that cannot be proven to open new risk is marked “not proven” — never “closing”. A contract with no published open interest reads OI n/a instead of being coerced to zero, which would stamp a fabricated badge on every row.
Coverage travels with the score
A signal we could not measure leaves the denominator; it is never scored zero. Every row, every CSV export, and every Copilot answer carries the share of the score that was actually measured, so two scores only ever compare at comparable coverage.
The boundary is printed on screen
The scanner names its own universe, strike band, DTE band, thresholds, and session date in plain language. “Nothing unusual” means nothing crossed those thresholds in those names — never a claim about the whole market.
Does Versatum scan the whole market, or just the ticker you typed?
Four surfaces answer the question you have before you have a ticker. Morning Picks builds the day's trade plan from a 300-name universe. The Gap Analyzer rules on why the biggest movers moved. Sector and Industry Analysis rank where money is going — at two resolutions, so "Technology is bid" can become "Semiconductors are bid, IT Services are not." Every one of them names the population it read.
The day's trade plan, before the bell.
Up to twenty setups with entry, stop, target, and a 0.5–10% position size already worked out — plus the market-regime read that sizes them, across five slots that roll from pre-market to the evening so the briefing is never stale.
300 large caps are scored on 35 factors across seven categories, then the pool is tilted toward the sectors the rotation model favors and away from the ones fading, with no sector allowed more than 40% of it. The seventy survivors collect a validator verdict, a news and sentiment read, and momentum ranks measured within that day's pool. Only the twenty that clear the downselect get the vision model that reads the actual chart — it is the expensive step, so it never runs on all seventy. The regime call above them is rule code, not a prompt, which is why the bias label and exposure band are reproducible. And when a chart read fails, the briefing says so: the failures are counted on screen and the synthesis stage is told not to infer a read it never got.
Why did it move — and should you fade it?
The day's biggest movers, each ruled PANIC, JUSTIFIED, or UNCLEAR against the news that actually moved it.
247 large caps are polled for absolute moves of 0.75% or more, above a $10 share price and a $2B market cap, and the twelve biggest by default are enriched with headlines, the analyst price-target gap, sector context, and the day's VIX and SPY regime. One batched call then has to name a mechanism: a real fundamental break you should not fight, a sentiment-driven overshoot worth fading, or genuinely mixed signals that say wait. Every row carries a setup bias — buy the dip, short the rip, avoid, or wait — and cites up to five material headlines as its evidence. UNCLEAR is a first-class verdict rather than a failure, and each row keeps the thesis and catalyst it was drawn from, so you can disagree with the call without leaving the screen.
Where the money is going, sector by sector.
All eleven sectors on one ladder, with the constituent breadth behind every ranking on the same row.
Each sector ETF gets a composite flow score built from its 5- and 10-day trend, today's move, its volume against its own 50-day average, and the share of its seven-name large-cap basket trading above its own 50-day. It only reads INFLOW or OUTFLOW past ±15, so a flat tape stays neutral instead of inventing a rotation — and it is a composite read, not reported fund flows. Every paired rotation call has to cite a number already on the ladder, and each stock idea comes from a named sector's own basket.
The same read, one level down.
Industries ranked under their parent sectors, drawn from a curated 203-name industry map — because "Technology" is not a trade, and Semiconductors and IT Services rarely move together.
Each industry is scored from its own performance snapshot plus a representative large-cap basket: basket move, volume pulse, and the share trading above the 50- and 200-day. Valuation is judged against that industry's own trailing P/E range rather than against another industry's, so "expensive" means expensive for it. Click any row to drill into leadership and named picks — every one of which is re-read against live quotes and RSI before it reaches the page.
The population is named
Morning Picks scores 300 large caps; the Gap Analyzer polls 247 for the day’s biggest moves and rules on the twelve largest; sector work covers all 11 SPDR sectors and industry work a curated 203-name industry map. Each board says which of those it was drawn from, so “nothing here” never reads as “nothing in the market”.
The model’s numbers get checked
Sector and industry stock ideas pass through a technical validator that re-reads price, the 50- and 200-day averages, and RSI(14) from real quotes. A claim that does not survive comes back stamped corrected with the true number beside it, rather than being deleted or quietly published.
One run serves everyone
A market-wide read is identical for every user, so it is computed once and cached under a system account instead of per person. That is what makes full-universe scans affordable at all — and why the board is usually already on screen when you open the page.
Does Versatum have indicators that aren't AI?
Chart Signals is the one research surface here with no model in it at all. Three studies — Follow-Through Levels, Money-Flow Trail and Indicator Consensus — were written line by line from their reference source into TypeScript and run on our own bars. Same inputs, same bars, same numbers, every time: nothing is inferred, summarised or generated.
Deterministic, reproducible, and it shows its receipts.
Overlay a study on stocks, crypto or forex across six bar intervals and seven lookbacks — no tier gate, no daily cap — and read the levels, bands and tags straight off the price chart.
Each study carries its provenance on screen: the script revision it was ported from, the twelve-character hash of the committed reference source it is pinned to, how many bars it actually ran on, the interval those bars were delivered at, and every one of the 26 places the port deliberately departs from the original. Its 55 inputs are split into three classes — compute, window and presentation — and each control says which it is, so changing what you are looking at provably cannot change what the study read. The bar producer declares the interval it delivered, which means a study refuses to compute on bars of an unstated interval instead of guessing. 1,637 contract checks and a 379-mutation sweep stand behind all of it.
Historical-frequency price levels — up to five above the previous high and five below the previous low, 1% apart by default — each carrying the share of past sessions that actually reached it, plus fill bands and a win / loss profitability panel. Levels that never printed are hidden, so the count depends on the data.
A per-bar trailing stop-and-reverse line, its two-bar-lag twin, a band between them that flips colour with the trend, and BUY / SELL tags printed only once the cross is confirmed.
A weighted scoreboard, not a neural network — no training, no weights fitted to data. 29 switchable contributions over 16 indicators, ten of them paying at the defaults, a five-EMA ribbon, a Hull average, and a live panel naming every contribution currently paying.
How does Versatum's AI work?
30+ AI features run on two production models — a 13-role, 6-stage Deep Research pipeline that sends five analysts into a bull-versus-bear debate before a manager, a trader and a three-person risk committee sign off; a 16-stage Trade Validator that scores twelve weighted dimensions against fourteen gating rules; and 35 ML factors across seven categories you can backtest against SPY. Every module shows its reasoning.
No black boxes. Every answer cites the literal JSON it consumed. Not everything here is a model, either: the eight-persona Investment Committee (Buffett, Burry, Munger, Wood, Graham, Ackman, Lynch, Fisher) scores the same name eight ways in rule code with no model call at all, so its numbers reproduce line for line. Switch trading modes and the AI stack rewires — timeframes, factor weights, prompts, signal severity all adjust in unison.
Trading-Mode Persona
One toggle (day · swing · long-term) rewires every screen — timeframes, indicator periods, options DTE bands, pip multipliers, ML factor weights, Copilot prompts, signal severity, and accent color.

Gap Analyzer
Polls 247 large caps for absolute moves of 0.75% or more, then rules the twelve biggest PANIC, JUSTIFIED, or UNCLEAR against the headlines, price-target gap, and VIX/SPY regime — thesis, catalyst, and a BUY_DIP / SHORT_RIP / AVOID / WAIT bias on every row.
AI Sector Analysis
All 11 SPDR sectors on one ladder, ranked by a composite flow score with constituent breadth on each row. It only calls inflow or outflow past ±15, so a flat tape stays neutral instead of inventing a rotation.

How is Versatum different from TradingView, Danelfin, and Tickeron?
Unlike charting-only tools or single-score AI scanners, Versatum bundles execution, monitoring, and alerting with brokerage routing through SnapTrade — so the same dashboard that surfaces a signal can also place the trade.
SnapTrade routes live orders for stocks and ETFs, options including multi-leg spreads, and crypto pairs; the paper engine mirrors those fills against a $100,000 starting balance, with as many paper accounts as you want. 30 watch condition types span stocks, options, forex, crypto and macro. MCP keys connect external Model Context clients to 166 tools. Every board hands off to Copilot with its own scope, so an answer is grounded in what is actually on screen.
Chart Signals
