Market data is refreshed by scheduled polling on every plan, at an interval that depends on the surface — the options chain refreshes every five minutes, the crypto and forex desks every thirty seconds. An Unlimited cell means no daily run cap and no daily token cap; per-hour fair-use rate limits apply on every plan. Free-plan caps reset at UTC midnight and the 20,000-token allowance is enforced atomically, so a run that would exceed it is refused rather than half-finished. Order routing covers equities and ETFs, options including multi-leg, and crypto.
