Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free plan and trial

Versatum has a Free plan and paid plans, Pro and Pro+. What each includes and what it costs is on the pricing page.

New accounts get a 3-day Pro trial. It starts when you verify your phone number. No card is needed, so nothing is charged. When the trial ends, the account returns to the Free plan on its own.

How paid plans are billed

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor. They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Before any charge, checkout compares the price you were shown with the price it would charge. If they differ, it stops without charging anything and asks you to reload the page.

Founding-member pricing, when it is offered, is limited in seats and in duration. The pricing page shows how long it lasts and the regular price it renews at.

Cancelling

Open Plan & Billing in the app and choose Manage subscription. That opens the billing portal, run by our payment processor, where you manage or cancel the subscription. When a subscription has ended, the account returns to the Free plan.

You can also end a subscription by deleting your account. See the next section.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account cancels any active subscription right away. The current billing period is not refunded. Our payment processor keeps its own payment records. More is in Export and deletion.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the subscription is marked past due and the Plan & Billing page asks you to update your payment method through Manage subscription.

Refunds

This page does not set a refund window. Apart from the account deletion rule above, nothing here promises or rules out a refund.
